Melanjutkan tulisan pertama  tentang Cara menentukan lokasi titik air sumber dengan mengunakan GEO DETECK , maka kali ini kita akan membicarakan tentang proses pengeboran air sumur dalam yang baik dan benar.  Semua langkah langkah tersebut harus dilakukan untuk mendapatkan kualitas dan hasil yang bagus.

Continuing on previous article about How to determine location of  water source points using advance tool called GEO DETECT, so this time we will discuss about the process of drilling deep ground water in a proper manner. All these steps must be carried out to get good quality and results.

Lay out

Adapun langkah langkahnya adalah sebagai berikut  :

• Survey lapangan, geo deteck untuk menentukan lokasi yang tepat (lebih lengkap klik disini !)

• Persiapan alat dan mobilisasi ke lokasi

• Alat dan personil harus komplit dan professional

• Mendirikan menara bor, dan proses setting mesin bor

• Bikin bak lumpur (untuk sirkulasi lumpur hasil pengeboran tidak melebar ke area tertentu)

• Mulai Pilot hole (Percobaan pemboran), dengan dicermati tiap kedalaman dan kandungan batuannya (litologi batuan tiap meter perlapisan).dan dicatat waktu kecepatan pengeboranya.

• Loggingtest (untuk mengetahui lapisan air tanah /aquifer)

• Ramming (pembesaran lobang bor)

• Konstruksi pipa dan screen (saringan)

• Gravelling, Isi bagian annulus dengan gravel, supaya bening airnya.

• Pembersihan sumur

• Pumping test, pengetesan pompa

• Finishing, membuat konstruksi pondasi pada lubang atas sumur bor disekeliling pipa casing

• Pengetesan air, bila ingin hasil dari kwalitas airnya maka dibawa kelaboratorium dan membutuhkan biaya tambahan yakni biaya pengetesan oleh laboratorium

• Proses selesai … by the way … tiap lokasi belum tentu sama kwalitas airnya

The steps as follows :

• Field survey, Geo detect to determine the exact location (more complete article clickhere!) 
• Tool preparation and mobilization to the exact location 
• Tools and personnel must be well prepared and professional 
• Erecting drill machine  tower, and setting the drilling process
• Make a mud tub (for best mud circulation during drill process so mud does not extend to certain areas) 
• Starting pilot hole (drilling test), with a careful look at each depth and rock content (rock literary of each coating in meter of dept) and recording the drilling speed time. 
• Logging-test (to find out the groundwater / aquifer) 
• Ramming (enlargement of drilled holes) 
• Pipe and screen construction 
• Graveling, Fill the annulus with gravel, so the water is clear. 
• Cleaning wells 
• Pumping test,  testing on installed pump
• Finishing, by making Taft concrete construction in top of the hole of well around the casing pipe 
• Water testing, when you need to declare the results on the quality of underground water, then sample of water will be proposed  laboratory so need additional cost for laboratory testing.
• The process is complete ... by the way ... each location is having different water quality
